Production Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Sourcing fabrics, trims, and packaging materials
• Assisting in ordering fabrics and trims
• Creating technical drawings
• Developing worksheets for production
• Assisting in planning, managing, and supervising the production process to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinating fittings and assisting in communication of changes to suppliers
• Ensuring quality standards and monitoring product quality
• Maintaining constant communication with manufacturers during the production process
• Supporting fashion shoots for newly developed collections
• Assisting in dispatching the collection
• Regular trips to production sites

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Completed studies with a textile focus or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in development or product management
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Excel, and ERP systems
• Business fluent in German and English; Italian is a plus
• Independent, driven, and proactive
• Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
