We are growing fast and need your help. We’re looking for a student worker for customer care and shop assistant in our flagship store in the center of Copenhagen. Join our team and help build AIAIAI as the number one brand for music creators.

About the job

As a student assistant at AIAIAI, you will be responsible for our after-sales process, assisting customers as well as orders and other support tasks. Furthermore, you support the AIAIAI team on various cases eg. helping out the marketing team, the product development team, and assisting at events in our store.

You will primarily solve customer support related tasks, while you get insight into everyday tasks at AIAIAI.

Some of your tasks will be

Ensure that our after sales and customer support is running smoothly
Responsible for our showroom and store, Studio A
Assisting out marketing department with artists samples
Office supplies
Assisting with webshop orders
Run various internal projects e.g. Friday bar, summer party and other social events

Your Profile

As long as you are a student, your background is secondary to us. The important thing is that you got drive and a positive mind. As a person you are curious and quality conscious. In addition, you take pride in being service-minded and creating relationships within the company and external partners.

We expect you

Structured approach and an eye for details
Good IT skills
Fluent in written and oral English

Copenhagen office at Studiestræde 31, 1455 Copenhagen.
