Logistics & B2B Customer Service Coordinator

Cecilie Bahnsen is looking for a dedicated and solution-oriented logistics and B2B customer service coordinator to join our dynamic team in Copenhagen.

Your primary responsibility will be to handle collection deliveries and daily communication with our warehouse and logistics partners, as well as supporting our wholesale customers.

You will be working closely with our wholesale team, production team and finance team, keeping track of deliveries and payments.

It is essential that you are skilled at prioritizing, maintaining a clear overview during pressure, collaborating effectively, and not afraid of hands-on work. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily contact with external warehouse and logistics partners, coordinate shipments and deliveries, as well as providing required data.
  • Handle all B2B shipments. Arranging shipping documents and invoicing
  • Handle all B2B customer requests such as claims, returns etc.
  • Supporting production with quality check at external warehouse.
  • Support finance and wholesale with payments.
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience at similar position or within logistics field.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work with and manage deadlines.
  • Structured, detail oriented and with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Great at teamwork and good interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry is a plus.
