Overview

The Communications Intern is eager and forward-thinking, reporting directly to the Head of Communications and Communications Executive.

The Communications Interns is highly organised, efficient and driven. They are passionate and enthusiastic and have the willingness and ability to multi-task in a busy and ever-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the press rail, ensuring that all garments are tracked and accounted for,
• Assist with the VIP and influencer strategy with send outs, logistics, tracking and reporting
• Facilitate product requests for media, communicating effectively and providing the correctinformation in a timely manner
• Media influencer and VIP research, sourcing new contacts
• Media and editorial clipping, ensuring all assets are saved
• Draft seasonal collection materials including press materials and collection notes
• Conceptualising and assisting with weekly EDM’s and marketing collateral
• Assisting the team with international wholesale seasons – prepping sales documents, buyer research
