About the Role As our E-Commerce Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our online sales strategy. You’ll oversee our e-commerce platform, manage digital marketing campaigns, and ensure a top-notch customer experience. Your expertise will help us enhance our online presence, boost sales, and achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • E-Commerce Strategy & Management: Create and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy. Oversee daily operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and website performance to drive sales growth.
  • Digital Marketing & Advertising: Lead our paid media strategy across PPC, Paid Social, and Affiliate marketing. Develop and manage campaigns in SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media. Optimize for ROI and re-engage customers through targeted strategies.
  • Social Media Management: Craft and execute our social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement Manage KOL partnerships and monitor trends to refine our approach.
  • Web Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs like traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. Use tools like Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics to make data-driven decisions and improve performance.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Contribute to global campaign planning and execute successful marketing campaigns. Report on performance and ROI.

Must-Have Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing and e-commerce.
  • Deep knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads).
  • Proven experience in running PPC, Paid Social, and Affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Strong skills in web analytics, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with the fashion and luxury sectors is a plus.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in English.
