Job Descriptions
- Act as the go-to-person for all projects related to the store
- Develop and maintain the merchandise mix of the store and meet the turnover targets set by management
- Manage the store team and store operations, contribute to store atmosphere
- Coach the sales team in order to deliver high quality of customer service and shopping environment
- Contribute to the development of the store action plan and lead its implementation
- Analyse key sale data and formulate strategies to achieve business growth
- Co-ordinate internally with marketing/logistics/accounting team and externally with brands and adhere to their directions and image
Skills and Qualifications
- +6 years relevant working experience in retail industry with +3 years managerial role
- Experience in multi-brand retail is highly preferred
- Interpersonal skill, dependability, flexibility, multi-tasking are needed
- Good in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Simple company works (word, excel)
- Team player
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Supervisor.
