店舖經理/副店舖經理/主管 Store Manager/Asst. Store Manager/Supervisor

Job Descriptions

• Act as the go-to-person for all projects related to the store
• Develop and maintain the merchandise mix of the store and meet the turnover targets set by management
• Manage the store team and store operations, contribute to store atmosphere
• Coach the sales team in order to deliver high quality of customer service and shopping environment
• Contribute to the development of the store action plan and lead its implementation
• Analyse key sale data and formulate strategies to achieve business growth
• Co-ordinate internally with marketing/logistics/accounting team and externally with brands and adhere to their directions and image

Skills and Qualifications

• +6 years relevant working experience in retail industry with +3 years managerial role
• Experience in multi-brand retail is highly preferred
• Interpersonal skill, dependability, flexibility, multi-tasking are needed
• Good in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Simple company works (word, excel)
• Team player

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Supervisor.
