Klättermusen is looking for an organized, detail-oriented intern to assist the brand-team delivering best-in-class photo and video shoots. Job Description
You will assist the producer in the development and execution of all photo and video productions, from the planning phase to final delivery. You’ll work across departments, supporting the management of production schedules, budgets, vendor communications, and product samples.
What You’ll Do
– Support Production Planning: Assist in creating and managing production schedules, timelines, budgets, and vendor estimates for studio and campaign shoots.
– Assist in Pre- and Post-Production: Help coordinate with production agencies and monitor the workflow for shoots.
– Sample Management: Organize, label, and track physical product samples for shoots. Ensure they are ready and in the right place according to the production calendar.
– Digital asset management: Help in organizing and uploading assets to DAM systems.
– Casting & Bookings: Help in organizing the casting and bookings for shoots.
– Props & Equipment: Assist with sourcing props and managing shoot equipment.
– Showroom & Studio Maintenance: Support the day-to-day operations of the in-house studio and help maintain the product showroom.
– Loan Management: Assist in managing product loans and tests, overseeing their return in good condition.
What We’re Looking For
– Must be enrolled in an academic program that offers course credit for internships.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Interest in production processes, including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management.
– Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
– Passion for the outdoor industry and an eagerness to learn more about creative production.
– Basic knowledge of photography, videography, or photo editing is a plus.
