CRM Specialist
In this role, you will work focused on customer journeys, analyze large amounts of data, and manage flows within marketing automation. You will work in a data-driven, analytical, and creative manner through initiatives such as loyalty programs, segmentation, and the design of newsletters and SMS campaigns. You will be the one shaping how Klättermusen approaches CRM and Marketing Automation, with the goal of creating a top-notch customer experience.
Responsibilities
– Responsible for the CRM system and management of the customer database.
– Analyze customer data and journeys to identify and implement improvements.
– Build and enhance automated flows for inspiration, abandoned cart recovery, and win-back campaigns.
– Monitor and report on metrics such as CLV (Customer Lifetime Value), churn rate, recovery rate, conversion rate (CR), and retention rate.
– Oversee ongoing A/B testing.
– Build, implement, and improve automated workflows.
– Focus on conversion-driven sales through newsletters and promotional emails.
Background & Qualifications To be successful in this role, you have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in CRM and Marketing Automation, preferably within eCommerce with a focus on Customer Lifetime Value. You have a proven track record of working with digital sales through newsletters and E-mail communication. As a person, you thrive when working data-driven on multiple projects simultaneously and see A/B testing as a fundamental tool for understanding and optimizing workflows. In summary, we see that you have:
– 2+ years of experience working with CRM, Marketing Automation, and databases.
– Strong experience in data-driven analysis and building automated flows.
– Experience in creating personalized customer journeys and working with loyalty programs.
– Experience with relevant CRM systems such as Voyado or Emarsys, with Emarsys being a strong advantage.
– Good knowledge of Google Analytics and similar analytical tools.
– A good sense and understanding of visual communication.
– Creative problem-solving skills with a humble demeanor.
– Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
– Prior experience in the luxury or fashion industry highly desirable.
– Skier, runner, hikers and broadly outdoor enthusiast highly desirable.
