Sales Assistant

We are looking for someone with a retailing head on their shoulders who’s into what we do, shares our enthusiasm for good products and takes an active interest in the outdoors. This person will be integral to the store success, with proven track record in retail.

This person will be integral to the store success, with a proven track record in retail; able to provide great customer service and play a key role in the ongoing development of Klättermusen in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service.
• Work as part of a team to achieve targets.
• Help with customer’s queries including returns and complaints.
• Merchandise the store to a relevant and high standard.
• Restock according to shop needs.
• Adhere to company stock procedures to ensure good stock management.
• Shop Upkeep
• Complete given tasks efficiently.
• Convey your knowledge and enthusiasm about products to our customers and use your knowledge to develop strong sales.
• Actively participate in training sessions and keep yourself up to date with new and product and material releases.
• Report issues and improvements to the management team.

You should be

• Able to deliver excellent customer service.
• Interested in and inspired by the outdoors.
• Actively interested in Klättermusen technology and ethos and be able to inspire that on to customers and colleagues.
• Reliable and flexible.
• Someone with relevant retail experience.
• Open to receiving feedback and apply it to your work.
• Be excited at the thought of being part of a forward-thinking business, which has great scope and potential.
