About the role

We are hiring for a capable Online Warehouse Coordinator to support in the receiving,management, packing and dispatch of stock in our warehouse. Located onsite at our headoffice warehouse facility, the successful candidate will guarantee operational and daily support tasks are rolled out seamlessly and will assist Head of Global Logistics &;Warehousing to optimise day to day processes and end to end despatch operations. This team member will play a key role in a high standard of quality across all receiving, picking,and packing processes of inventory. They will be an effective communicator, love working as part of a team and a strong ambassador for the Lee Mathews brand.

This role will include, but is not limited to

  • Daily management and processing of all online orders, ensuring daily order cut off times are met to maintain a high speed of send
  • Receive and process warehouse stock to maintain a high level of company standards
  • Loading, unloading and placement of products from delivery vehicles and trucks
  • Correct picking and sourcing of garments from warehouse and off-site branches to fulfil orders
  • Packing and wrapping all online orders, with quality and detail front of mind to maintain a premium level of customer experience
  • Booking and organising order labels and shipments with third party shipping carriers
  • Ensuring the storage of goods in the warehouse is arranged appropriately and organised at all times
  • Assisting with inbound and outbound store transfers and accepting in stock from retail locations and suppliers
  • Troubleshooting and investigating customer queries, with the ability to problem solve complex issues and provide a high level of customer service
  • Increasing fulfilment operations to cater for high-volume sale periods, with the ability to manage time carefully and scale assigned tasks to cater for most productive outcomes
  • Working closely with Senior warehouse Manager to resolve any discrepancies or material supply issues
  • Managing the stock of packaging, satchels and ordering from third party suppliers
  • Adhere to all company SOPs, policies, systems and values

Requirements for the role

  • Has 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Has experience with ERPs (CIN7), Shippit and other third-party platforms
  • Has a hands-on approach and is willing to get in and get the job done
  • Is a team player, that is able to thrive in a team environment, with excellent communication skills
  • Is able to work independently and use initiative and complex problem solving
  • Ability to work accurately, methodically and efficiently
  • Happy to assist with ad hoc tasks that arise
  • Has experience in managing occupational health and safety effectively and efficiently
  • Has strong experience in organisation and time management
  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Has an understanding of fashion warehouse processes and enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Able to think three steps ahead and see what needs to be done ahead of time to ensure productivity and efficiency is maintained throughout the work week.
