E-Commerce Coordinator

As the E-Commerce Coordinator, you will be a steward of the brand by delivering a best-in-class digital experience. The role is instrumental in maintaining and up-leveling our online storefront, which directly impacts sales and growth.
A strong candidate for this role is very detail-oriented and has an eye on the larger picture. They operate efficiently and are comfortable manipulating and deploying large datasets across Maiden Home’s e-commerce ecosystem. This is a key, cross-functional role within the organization – uniting content and commerce to engage customers and drive high-converting online shopping experiences. This role is on-site at our New York headquarters, located in the TriBeCa design district.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Maiden Home’s e-commerce merchandising strategy in collaboration with the E-commerce Manager, such as defining product listing page categories, determining sort order, and assisting e-commerce content planning and production.
- Ensure information and content is displayed accurately to reflect the best luxury brand and site experience to customers and trade members across the website and additional digital properties.
- Project manage e-commerce operations, overseeing e-commerce data and content collection, organization, and publishing for all product launches and site updates.
- Operate as a key collaborative partner, overseeing and executing cross-functional initiatives.
- Perform regular monitoring, maintenance, and cleanup of the website to maintain active products and collections and identify and resolve site bugs, flow issues, and UX areas of improvement by refining current QA processes and procedures for the e-commerce team.
- Conduct reporting and analytics; perform competitive analysis to bring ideas to the team on what other luxury brands are evolving their selling online.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional experience at an e-commerce company.
- Curiosity and a growth mindset with the instinct to seek improvement.
- Outstanding attention to detail, organizational skills, and relentless follow-through.
- Proven multitasking, communication (verbal and written), and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage timelines. This role will require offsetting regular responsibilities with ad-hoc and special projects.
- Works well in a dynamic team, moves with agility, and is comfortable with shifting priorities.
- Very comfortable working in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with analytics platforms like GA4 and Posthog is a plus.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, Commerce Cloud is required.
