Located in Hong Kong’s WestK, we are one of the leading museums of modern and contemporary visual culture in the world. The museum reflects our unique time and place, building on Hong Kong’s historic balance of the local and the international to define a distinctive and innovative voice for Asia’s twenty-first century.

(This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.)

You will be responsible for

  • assisting in developing and implementing e-commerce strategies that align with company objectives;
  • managing and optimizing online sales channels, such as websites, social media, and other online marketplaces, including but not limited to content creation, product launches, and promotion campaigns;
  • performing quality assurance testing to identify and fix bugs proactively, ensuring a reliable and user-friendly online shopping environment;
  • analysing e-commerce data and metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement;
  • collaborating with cross-functional teams and external parties, such as sales, logistics, and product development, as well as external partners, to ensure smooth operations across online sale channels;
  • monitoring the order processing cycle while effectively managing aftersales support and handling complaints;
  • implement SEO strategies and SEM campaigns to improve search visibility, drive traffic and conversions; and
  • performing any other duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by M+.

You should

  • possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent discipline;
  • have 2 years of relevant working experience, familiarity with Salesforce and China e-commerce platforms will be an advantage;
  • demonstrate strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, SEO, SEM, web analytics, and other digital marketing tools;
  • have sound analytical skills and capability to understand and interpret data analytics;
  • possess good communication skills and project management skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams; and
  • be a proactive team player who thrives under pressure and can meet tight deadlines.
