Your Role At PURPLE we're not just crafting clothing, we're shaping experiences. The Senior Sales Advisor serves as a senior retail associate, leading the retail floor with selling initiatives, providing feedback to the team, and enhancing the overall customer experience. They assist the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in opening and closing duties and leadership duties as they arise. Additionally, they support general store operations, community management, and store-level marketing.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Deliver superb service to clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about products, trends, and initiatives.
- Participate in staff training and store events as required.
- Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by store management as needed.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of retail experience in a luxury environment
- Passion for fashion, music, and art
- Proven history of exceeding both individual and store targets
- Critical and solution-oriented thinker
- Strong customer service and sales skillsPositive, passionate, and authentic
- Team-oriented and willing to collaborateR
- esults-oriented with high standards for self and team
- Open to learning and responsive to feedback
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
