Position Summary The Digital Marketing Executive will be instrumental in driving SAU-LEE.com’s growth by supporting digital campaigns, including email marketing & digital ads, executing high-impact email campaigns and flows, and ensuring operational excellence across digital channels. This role will focus on optimizing the customer experience & retention through targeted communications, campaign accuracy, and performance tracking.

Working closely with the Growth Marketing, eCommerce, and Brand teams, the executive will lead the execution of email campaigns via Klaviyo, assist in CRM segmentation and journey design, support paid media setup across Meta and Google, maintain dashboards, support eCommerce operations, and customer service across digital touchpoints.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a passion for fashion eCommerce, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lifecycle Marketing & Email Marketing

  • Build and deploy email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo to support branding and CRM goals, ensuring timely, accurate, and on-brand communications across customer segments.
  • Assist in CRM segmentation and journey setup to deepen engagement, boost repeat purchase rates, and extend customer lifetime value.
  • Support the Growth Marketing Manager in scaling CRM infrastructure – centralizing customer data, improving targeting precision, and driving retention through personalized messaging.

Paid Media

  • Assist with campaign setup across different platforms, including but limited to Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, ensuring accurate implementation of creative, targeting, and tracking parameters.
  • Monitor performance and support optimizations that improve ROAS, CAC and ROI.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Maintain dashboards and performance reports to deliver timely insights across email, paid media, and site performance.
  • Support A/B testing to ensure continuous improvement across channels.

eCommerce Operations

  • Support product uploads, tagging, and visual merchandising on Shopify to ensure seamless shopping experience.
  • Conduct QA across email, ads, and onsite experiences to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide customer service support across onsite chat and social channels.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or eCommerce, ideally in fashion industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads.
  • Detail-oriented with a high standard of accuracy across campaign setup, reporting, and QA.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and stepping into executional support across teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, familiarity with Shopify & basic SQL is a plus.
  • Passion for fashion eCommerce and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with agility and focus.
