Job description We're looking for a confident, creative, and highly-organised Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about influencer marketing, social media, and crafting engaging content that amplifies brand voices.

Responsibilities

  • Influencer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers to align with clients' values and campaign goals.
  • Campaign Coordination: Plan, execute, and monitor influencer campaigns across social media platforms, ensuring objectives and KPIs are met.
  • Database Management: Conduct market research to identify relevant influencers on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, maintaining a database for ongoing and future projects.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the Content Lead to develop content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
  • Trendspotting: Stay updated on popular culture, social media trends, and industry shifts to inform campaign strategies.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze influencer marketing performance, compiling reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Administrative Excellence: Manage contracts, budgets, timelines, and deliverables with precision for smooth campaign execution.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as a trusted contact for clients on influencer projects, providing timely responses and managing expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee junior coordinators, offering guidance and support to achieve client satisfaction and targets.
  • Crisis Communication: Identify potential crises from influencer conversations and collaborate with internal teams on crisis communication strategies.
  • Events & Activations: Manage guest lists and coordinate influencer activities at events and activations.

  • Brand Advocate: You have an enthusiastic approach to client service, ensuring that clients' needs and interests are prioritised in all efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the influencer marketing field (minimum of 2-3 years).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools for influencer marketing performance tracking.
