About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of fashion operations, including showroom management, inventory control, and planning. The ideal candidate will work closely with our team to assist with day-to-day tasks, manage product data, and contribute to client presentations. This position is designed for students seeking school credit and requires availability for in-person work at least two days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the team with general tasks and support.
  • Manage sample tracking and maintain organization and inventory.
  • Research stylists and develop outreach lists.
  • Handle inventory management, product data, and imagery.
  • Create and maintain a calendar for upcoming and relevant events in the fashion industry.
  • Assist with product preparation for inventory shoots and sold merchandise.
  • Prepare presentations for clients

Requirements

  • Must be available at least 2 days a week for in-person work.
  • Must be able to receive college credit.
  • Must be a full-time student working towards a degree.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to set timelines, ask questions, and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, Fashion or a related field.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • Awareness of current and upcoming trends in the fashion industry.

Additional Information

  • This role requires a commitment to working on-site at least 2 days a week.
  • This role requires a commitment of ~15 - 20 hours a week.
