We’re looking for an online sales Concierge to deliver high-touch, personalized experiences to each and every Wristcheck client. You will be a supportive ear for customers before, during, and after the buying and selling process, and will work closely with our sales and logistics teams to identify, filter, and convert leads to grow the business. What you'll be doing

  • Provide first-class support to Wristcheck’s global customers and sellers, handling requests and inquiries with compassion, professionalism, and promptness to foster long-term relations.
  • Address and solve issues as they arise with ease through online channels (including iMessage, Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook, live chat, email).
  • Consistently hit and/or exceed individual sales targets to contribute to overall team success.
  • Work cross-functionally to handle, qualify, funnel, and convert leads, provide timely resolutions, and identify areas of improvement across the business.
  • Utilize our CRM platform to manage and document new and existing customer relationships and interactions. Leverage the system to stay connected to customers and provide personalized experiences.
  • Re-engage with Wristcheck global customers to increase the repeat purchase rate and lifetime value.
  • Contribute to 5-star Trustploit reviews for Wristcheck services.

What you'll bring

  • A razor-sharp sales acumen, with the ability to identify sales opportunities, upsell, and cross-sell products or services. Experience in the retail sector as front-line staff or personal shopper is a plus!
  • Mastery of verbal and written communication skills in English and Simplified Chinese. Traditional Chinese is a plus.
  • A friendly, upbeat personality with a deftness in de-escalating, the confidence to handle difficult situations with ease, and an affinity for fostering positive and collaborative environments.
  • Ideally comes with professional experience in customer service, customer support, or in a call center in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in the luxury goods and services industry.
  • Ideally have in-depth knowledge in luxury watches.
  • Experience with CRM best practices and processes; familiarity with Hubspot is a plus but not required.
