The survey findings reveal that 70.2% of professionals have secured a job contact, interview, or direct job offer through someone in their network.

Among those who leveraged their network to advance their careers, 29.7% reported landing two jobs through personal connections. On the other end of the spectrum, only 1.6% said they had never successfully turned a referral into a job opportunity.
