By combining results from competitions such as Cannes Lions, D&AD, and The One Club for Creativity, the ranking identifies the most consistently awarded creative work from the past year.
In the 2026 ranking, Le Pub in Milan was named the world’s most creative agency. Known for its bold and culturally driven campaigns, the agency has gained international recognition for its innovative work with brands such as Heineken, blending entertainment, storytelling, and brand experiences to connect with global audiences.
Ranked second is Serviceplan Group in Munich. The agency’s integrated “House of Communication” model brings together creative, media, and digital expertise under one structure, allowing teams to develop cohesive campaigns that combine strategy with strong creative execution.
Third place went to Publicis Conseil in Paris, part of Publicis Groupe. The agency has been recognized for socially impactful and technology-driven campaigns, including award-winning work created for AXA.
