JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing manager to develop and implement content strategies for social media platforms, the company website, newsletter and other platforms
  • Create, curate, and manage compelling and engaging content for social media channels, the company website, and email newsletters, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals
  • Monitor and analyze trends in social media, web content, and email marketing to inform and adjust content strategy
  • Design and execute innovative social media campaigns, website updates, and newsletter editions to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Utilize analytics tools to regularly assess the effectiveness of content across all platforms, including website and newsletter metrics
  • Manage day-to-day activities for social media, website content management, and newsletter creation, including posting, responding to comments, and moderating discussions
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather insights, updates, and relevant content for social media, website, and newsletters
  • Ensure consistent and effective communication of the brand’s message across all digital platforms, maintaining a cohesive online presence
  • Regularly report to senior leadership on performance, insights, and strategic recommendations for social media, website content, and newsletter marketing

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Minimum of one year experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of AKOG’s brand identity, marketing objectives, and audience demographics.
  • Proficiency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible with the ability to navigate changing digital landscapes and trends.
  • Independent and proactive, capable of self-management and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated to learn, develop new skills, and stay abreast of content and social media trends.
  • Reliable and consistent, with a track record of meeting deadlines and producing quality content.
  • Team-oriented, possessing strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Creative and innovative, with a talent for storytelling and engaging diverse audiences through various digital platforms.
