E-Commerce Product Manager (F/M/D)
We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Ecommerce Product Manager to own and optimize the performance of aeyde.com. You will be responsible for defining the product strategy and roadmap, driving revenue growth through conversion rate optimization, and ensuring a seamless and premium customer experience. This role is highly cross-functional, working closely with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, and Operations to align our ecommerce strategy with broader business goals.
- Own and continuously optimize the ecommerce channel on aeyde.com, ensuring it drives growth and delivers a stellar brand experience.
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, balancing business needs, customer insights, and technical feasibility.
- Drive conversion rate optimization through improved UX, site performance, and end-to-end customer journey enhancements.
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver new features, managing the backlog and defining clear requirements for UX designers and web developers.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of website initiatives, including testing and quality assurance of new features.
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of ecommerce trends and identify new opportunities for innovation.
- Partner with the digital designer to conceptualize and launch new on-site experiences and features that inspire and convert customers.
- Manage bug fixing, ensuring a stable and high-performing site.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Operations) to ensure seamless campaign and product launch execution.
- Execute operational adjustments within Shopify for campaign and promotional updates.
- Define ecommerce requirements and best practices for collection launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor and report on KPIs for data-driven decision-making.
What you will bring
- 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years focused on ecommerce.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling an ecommerce business.
- Deep understanding of customer journeys, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and UX best practices.
- Hands-on experience working with web developers and managing technical projects.
- Analytical mindset with strong skills in Excel, GA4, Looker, or similar analytics tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, comfortable leading cross-functional projects.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
