Showroom & PR Coordinator
What you will do This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of fashion PR and showroom experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. You will be managing day-to-day showroom operations and supporting the PR team with logistcs and media activities.
- Maintain showroom organization, visual presentation, and sample condition.
- Coordinate all aspects of press sample trafficking, including inventory management, send-outs, and returns.
- Support our PR team in talent seedings, shipments and reporting and be responsible of all tracking, reports and logistics.
- Support in planning and executing PR meetings, press days, events, and fashion week activations.
- Be responsible for press monitoring and prepare management-facing reports.
What you will bring
- 2–3 years of experience in a service minded industry, in a coordinating and operating role.
- Interest in hospitality, lifetsyle, fashion and media.
- Good in handling and Microsoft Office/Google Suite and database systems (e.g., Lefty, Launchmetrics).
- Exceptional organization and multitasking skills, very self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team.
- Attention to detail and a hands-on mentality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
- Must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
