Finance Manager | AIAIAI — Berlin, Germany

AIAIAI is growing fast, and we’re looking for an ambitious finance professional to grow with us. This isn't just a role for someone who can manage a ledger - it’s for a proactive builder who wants to own the finance function and eventually step into a leadership role as we scale.

As our Finance Manager, you will lead our global financial operations, ensuring we stay lean, smart, and ready for the future. You’ll report directly to the CEO and play a pivotal role in shaping the number one audio brand for music creators.

Your role You will be the architect of our day-to-day financial health. Your responsibilities include:

Operational Excellence: Full ownership of accounting, AR/AP, expenses, and global payroll/benefits.
Strategic Planning: Driving the budgeting and forecasting processes globally.
Compliance & Reporting: Managing monthly reporting, controlling, and the annual report process.
Global Navigation: Handling international trade complexities, including EU VAT and US state taxes.
Optimization: Leading the charge on system improvements and automations (making our finance stack as automated as possible).
Business Partnering: Acting as a financial co-pilot to the global team, providing insights that drive better decision-making.

Requirements

Foundation: A degree in accounting or finance and 3 years of experience in finance operations.
Tech: Proficient with ERP (ideally Microsoft Business Central) and advanced Excel skills.
Proactivity: An obsession with detail and a "solved it" mindset. You don't just find errors; you build systems to prevent them.
Global Lens: Thriving in international environment working across time zones and a fluency in English.
Vibe: Preferred interest in music, audio, or consumer electronics.
