Creative Designer
We are growing fast and need your help. We are looking for a talented and experienced Creative Designer to join our team in Copenhagen or Berlin. As the Creative Designer, you will be responsible for leading and executing the design strategy and visual direction for our brand, content, and campaigns. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute innovative design solutions that align with our brand identity and drive business growth.

Your role
- Lead the design strategy for our overall brand and campaigns
- Oversee creative direction of content projects, collaborations, and partnerships
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute innovative design solutions
- Create and present design concepts to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure all designs align with the brand identity and drive business growth
- Basic execution of some day-to-day design work (graphic design and video editing)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design or related field
- Proven experience as a Creative Design Lead or Senior Designer, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work for consumer-facing brands
- Strong understanding of design principles and industry trends
- Basic understanding of graphic design and video editing
- Strong communication, presentation and project management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong interest in music, audio and/or lifestyle products
