Senior Project Manager (Remote)

We are growing and need an experienced Project Manager to join our product development team in APAC.

If you have a strong background in project management within the consumer electronics industry and deep expertise managing the entire product lifecycle with OEMs and ODMs, this opportunity is for you. You will be instrumental in ensuring our innovative audio products move smoothly from concept through to successful mass production.

Responsibilities

• Lead development projects and purchase orders, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage risks autonomously, collaborating with our APAC product development team.
• Create and own project plans from conceptualisation to product end-of-life, following AIAIAI's project management process.
• Continuously optimise AIAIAI’s project management process to improve time and cost efficiency.

Who you are

• Based in the APAC region and available to travel to China and Taiwan at short notice. It is meritorious if you are based in Guangdong, China.
• 5+ years as a Project Manager or Programme Manager in the consumer electronics or audio hardware industry.
• Direct experience in China managing complex manufacturing and supply chain projects with local suppliers.
• Exceptional organisational, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to operate autonomously in a remote structure while maintaining transparent communication.
• Fluency (written and verbal) in English and Mandarin Chinese.
