Key Responsibilities
Regional Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Lead development and execution of marketing strategies for portfolio properties, ensuring initiatives align with Aman’s global marketing frameworks and commercial objectives
- Translate global marketing campaigns and priorities into regional execution plans, tailoring activities to reflect local market opportunities and customer insights
- Partner with property General Managers and Commercial leaders to define marketing goals, budgets, and performance KPIs for the region
- Oversee property marketing calendar management, campaign planning, and activation across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Provide input to global teams on local market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform enterprise-wide strategy
Campaign Management & Content Coordination
- Lead campaign planning and delivery, ensuring all content, creative, and messaging reflect Aman’s luxury brand positioning and narrative standards for portfolio properties
- Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing and Brand & Creative teams on the execution of approved campaign materials, photo and video shoots, and other brand assets required for deployment
- Partner with corporate and property marketing teams to ensure local campaigns are activated effectively across digital, social, web, CRM, and offline channels
- Manage integration of property-level marketing campaigns with commercial priorities, including tactical promotions, brand events, and partnership activations
- Monitor and/or manage updates for portfolio properties to ensure all property-level marketing materials and content are up to date, on-brand, compliant, and aligned with Aman’s brand standards across all channels
- Support in reviewing accuracy of localization and translation of content and messaging
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Commercial Alignment
- Work collaboratively with corporate and property Sales, Revenue, and E-Commerce teams to ensure marketing strategies and content directly support revenue, occupancy, and conversion goals (e.g., trade marketing initiatives, tactical offers on property page)
- Support Corporate Marketing and PR teams with press, partnership, and brand activations in local markets and properties
- Support coordinate and execute property-level digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with Corporate Digital team and 3rd party agencies
- Partner with property-level Marketing teams to ensure executional excellence, alignment with regional strategy, and optimal resource utilization
- Participate in regional commercial reviews and planning sessions, representing marketing performance, insights, and upcoming initiatives
Performance Tracking & Insights
- Monitor regional marketing performance across digital, CRM, and offline channels, ensuring activity drives engagement and conversion
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and ROI, presenting insights and recommendations to the Regional Managing Director and Vice President of Marketing
- Contribute to global marketing performance reports with regional / local insights and trends
- Support data-driven decision-making, leveraging guest insights, campaign data, and market analytics to optimize marketing strategies
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop area team and property-based marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance across teams
- Set clear objectives and expectations for the area marketing team, ensuring accountability to brand and commercial goals
- Promote knowledge sharing and cross-functional coordination among marketing, sales, and revenue teams within the area
- Champion Aman’s values and creative excellence, ensuring all marketing activity upholds the brand’s tone, quality, and presentation standards
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in marketing leadership within luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors, including regional or multi-property oversight
- Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive engagement and revenue performance
- Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, campaign planning, and performance analytics
- Experience collaborating with brand, creative, and digital teams to deliver large-scale marketing initiatives
- Exceptional leadership, project management, and communication skills
- Proven ability to translate global strategies into regionally relevant marketing programs
- Proficiency with marketing performance and CRM tools; familiarity with marketing automation or customer engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot) is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
