Role We are looking for an experienced Aman Boutique Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. You will be the one to ensure excellence in boutique operations and guest service. The goal is to manage our store in ways that boost revenues and develop the business.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all store operations and allocate responsibilities to colleagues effectively.
  • Supervise, mentor, and inspire colleagues to achieve optimal performance and deliver outstanding service.
  • Manage and monitor the store’s budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Track stock levels and purchasing activities, keeping them within allocated budgets.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism to maintain the store’s strong reputation.
  • Conduct routine inspections and promptly address any operational issues.
  • Plan and coordinate in-store promotional events and visual displays.
  • Keep up to date with market trends to identify areas for store improvement.
  • Analyse sales and revenue reports to support accurate forecasting.
  • Ensure the store consistently complies with all relevant legal, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in luxury goods industry.
  • Good leadership and people management skills with relevant retail operations knowledge.
  • You must have the legal right to work in Thailand.
  • Proficiency in English and Thai both written and verbal is essential.
  • Experienced in using Opera PMS/ ORS.
  • Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive the team to achieve revenue target.
  • A self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive professional with a passion for continuous improvement
  • A team-oriented attitude.
