Brand Manager, Aman Studio

Role The Brand Manager – Aman Studio plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity, elegance, and consistency of the Aman brand across a diverse portfolio that includes Aman and Janu hotels, resorts, and branded Residences. Based in our London corporate office and reporting to the Brand Director, this role focuses particularly on Aman Residences, overseeing branding across customer touchpoints from marketing materials to in-Residence experiences. The Brand Manager collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners to uphold Aman's iconic visual and experiential identity, ensuring each project reflects the brand’s luxury positioning and global reputation.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all creative assets—digital, print, and environmental—comply with Aman’s brand standards.
- Act as a brand guardian, reviewing and approving designs for visual and narrative consistency.
- Work with creative teams to evolve and refine brand guidelines for new projects.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaign and collateral development.
- Identify opportunities to enhance brand storytelling across channels and experiences.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand application.
- Provide brand education and guidance to cross-functional teams and partners.
- Conduct regular audits of brand execution across projects and platforms.
- Stay ahead of trends in luxury branding to inform Aman’s ongoing brand evolution.
- Support the brand’s expansion into key residential and lifestyle offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand management within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or high-end real estate sectors.
- Proven understanding of luxury aesthetics, customer expectations, and branding strategy.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Culturally aware with experience in international markets, particularly Asia and the Middle East (preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and project/asset management platforms.
- A meticulous eye for detail paired with a strategic mindset.
- Strong ability to articulate and defend brand direction across diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated and collaborative, with a refined creative sensibility.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
