We are expanding our retail presence and are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead our boutique operations and deliver an unparalleled customer experience aligned with Aman’s refined brand ethos.

Role Overview As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Aman Essential retail space. You’ll lead by example, ensuring operational excellence, inspiring your team to embody our brand values, and driving commercial success while nurturing genuine client relationships.

Scope of Work Under the supervision of Director of Spa and wellness, Boutique Manager is responsible for the entire Aman Boutique operation, to ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and revenues in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelines established by the hotel or the corporate office.

Responsibilities and Duties

General

  • Responsible for efficiently managing the operation and training of the Aman Boutique, in accordance with the needs and demands of guests.
  • To Ensure of all staffing, facility operations, revenue management, standard operating procedures, and guest service satisfaction of Aman Boutique.
  • Be respond for supervising the day-to-day operation of Aman Boutique.
  • Conducts a daily operational meeting for all Aman Boutique employees.
  • Responsible in keeping up to date on Retails industry trends, guest satisfaction and competition.
  • Assist Director of Spa and Wellness in building an outstanding team by demonstrating personal standards of excellence.
  • Responsible for achieving retails revenues daily, monthly, and yearly.
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
  • Responsible for creating the strategy of Aman Boutique sell.
  • To Ensure of all retails stocked available of guest needs.

Reporting

  • Prepares periodic reports for senior management on the Aman Boutique sale.
  • Conducts a monthly meeting that is related to retail for all employees.
  • Presents weekly and monthly reports on Aman Boutique performance both figure and activities.
  • Ensures that all employees report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag.

Employee Relations and Development

  • Coaches and supports all staff members.
  • Assists in the building of an efficient team of employees by striving to maintain standards of excellence.
  • Conducts employee evaluations for all direct reports, to review existing performance and identify any areas for further development and improvement.
  • Interviews potential new employees in liaison with Director of Spa and Wellness and Human Resource Division.
  • Supervises departmental orientation programs for new employees.
  • Ensures that regular refresher courses for existing employees are conducted.

Administration

  • Ensure computer systems are being used optimally for spa and wellness requirements.
  • Ensure all Aman Boutique records and documents are filed and maintained in an effective and appropriate manner.
  • Regularly review policies and procedures relating to the Aman Boutique, taking action to formulate and propose improvements.
  • Prepare periodic report for senior management on the revenue and activities of Aman Boutique.
  • Regularly review Aman service ritual relating to the Aman Boutique to propose improvement guest journey.
  • Prepare and maintain ordering retails items and stocked.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury, wellness, or beauty sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and service targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of customer experience and luxury brand standards.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret retail KPIs and data-driven insights.
  • Passionate about retail, wellness, design, and the Aman philosophy of holistic living.
