Role Aman Residences invites you to join our team in Seoul, South Korea, as a Client Engagement Coordinator. In this front-facing role, you will be the embodiment of Aman’s philosophy of elegance, discretion, and personalised service. As the welcoming presence of our Sales Gallery, you will create unforgettable experiences for high-net-worth clients and prospects, while supporting our residences sales team and ensuring every aspect of the gallery reflects Aman’s uncompromising standards of luxury.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and stakeholders with warmth, discretion, and a highly personalised approach.
- Anticipate client needs and preferences, arranging transport, amenities, refreshments, or special touches to elevate their visit.
- Manage scheduling, client appointments, and concierge-style coordination for seamless engagements.
- Support the sales team with preparation of presentations, client records, CRM management, and post-visit follow-up.
- Maintain the pristine ambience of the Sales Gallery, working with vendors and suppliers to ensure flawless presentation.
- Assist in the planning and execution of private events, curated previews, and VIP experiences.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, sales kits, presentation folders, and vendor coordination.
Requirements
- You have 3–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, premium real estate, concierge services, or other client-facing roles with HNW/UHNW individuals.
- You understand ultra-luxury service standards and demonstrate cultural sensitivity and discretion.
- You are fluent in English; knowledge of Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese is a strong advantage.
- You present yourself with impeccable grooming, poise, and professionalism at all times.
- You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and proficient in administrative tools and systems (PPT, CRM, MS Office).
- You are proactive, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
