Client Engagement Officer - South Korea

We are now seeking a Client Engagement Officer to represent Aman Residences in Seoul. This role is ideal for a poised, service-led professional who thrives in ultra-luxury environments and understands the expectations of high-net-worth clientele. You will be the first impression of Aman for prospective homeowners, ensuring every interaction is warm, elegant, and flawlessly executed.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, discreet, and refined welcome to clients, prospects, and key stakeholders across hosted spaces.
- Manage client scheduling, greetings, and concierge-style coordination for viewings and appointments.
- Anticipate and prepare for client needs—including amenities, gifts, refreshments, and transportation.
- Support the sales team with meeting preparations, presentation materials, and appointment coordination.
- Maintain accurate client records, ensuring timely follow-ups, CRM updates, and lead tracking.
- Ensure hosted spaces are always presentation-ready, maintaining an elegant and pristine environment.
- Coordinate with internal teams (housekeeping, F&B, operations) to uphold luxury standards in ambience, scenting, lighting, and floral design.
- Manage inventories of branded materials and refreshments to ensure consistency and availability.
- Provide on-the-ground support for regional private events, VIP experiences, and invitation-only viewings.
- Assist with administrative coordination including data entry, filing, vendor liaison, and preparation of sales kits and materials.
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, premium real estate, concierge services, or client-facing roles with HNW clientele.
- Strong understanding of ultra-luxury service standards, cultural sensitivity, and confidential protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in Korean and English; proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese is an advantage.
- Impeccable grooming, polished presentation, and a calm, refined presence.
- High level of detail orientation and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask gracefully.
- Proficiency in administrative and digital systems, including MS Office, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- Proactive, responsive, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
