Role The Marketing and Communications Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the successful launch and sales of Aman Beverly Hills and its adjacent master-planned community. Based in Los Angeles and reporting to the Director of Residential Sales – Beverly Hills, this position is responsible for executing marketing and communications strategies that are aligned with Aman’s global brand standards and residential business goals. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, organised, and strategic professional to help shape one of Aman’s most iconic residences projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing and communications plans tailored to project phases, with measurable targets.
  • Support the Residences sales team with collateral and content across brochures, wayfinding, hoardings, and digital materials.
  • Act as the liaison between the Residences, Brand, and Hotel Marketing teams, ensuring project milestones and updates are aligned.
  • Serve as the brand champion for Aman Residences across all owned marketing channels.
  • Brief internal marketing specialists and external agencies on campaign requirements.
  • Manage media engagement and coordinate with PR agencies for coverage of residential projects.
  • Contribute to monthly global and project-specific marketing reports.
  • Support marketing initiatives for Aman Club and Private Office, including client communications, presentations, and event planning.
  • Maintain an organised asset library, content schedule, and member communication materials.
  • Assist with confidential meeting materials, owner reports, and executive presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing or communications.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Experience in luxury, real estate, or hospitality sectors is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple initiatives under pressure.
  • Self-starter, organised, and detail-oriented with excellent time management.
  • Positive, collaborative, and adaptable personality.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, InDesign, Excel, and other key marketing tools.
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetic and brand consistency.
  • Must be authorised to work in the United States.
