Residential Marketing Manager - South Korea

We are seeking a Residential Marketing Manager – South Korea, to lead our marketing presence in this strategically important market. Acting as Aman’s local brand custodian, you will translate global strategy into powerful, culturally resonant Korean-market campaigns, elevate brand awareness, and support residential sales through high-touch storytelling and precise execution. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who blends strategic insight with impeccable delivery.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the market expert for South Korea, delivering insights on luxury consumer trends, competitors, and cultural nuances.
- Localise and execute regional marketing strategies to ensure all initiatives resonate with Korean audiences.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, media partnerships and experiential channels to support sales objectives.
- Oversee content and messaging for the Korean market, ensuring cultural relevance while upholding Aman’s global brand standards.
- Manage digital channels including website content, SEO/SEM, CRM communications, and performance reporting.
- Work closely with the residences sales teams to align marketing activity with lead-generation and conversion goals.
- Develop high-impact partnerships with media, institutions, and luxury ecosystem stakeholders that reflect the Aman philosophy.
- Plan and execute high-touch client events, private previews, and experiential activations in collaboration with regional teams.
- Coordinate with agencies and vendors to ensure all events and campaigns meet Aman’s standards of discretion, sophistication, and design excellence.
- Act as a local brand ambassador, ensuring all client touchpoints reflect the Aman ethos while supporting PR and media opportunities when needed.
Requirements
- Fluency in Korean and English (written and spoken); additional Asian languages are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in ultra-luxury marketing, real estate, or hospitality with exposure to HNW/UHNW audiences.
- Strong network within the Korean luxury ecosystem, including media, influencers, partners, and cultural tastemakers.
- Demonstrated ability to localise global brand strategies for maximum market impact.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with minimal supervision.
