Aman is seeking a Residential Sales and Marketing Insights Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of branded residences across Asia. This strategic role sits at the crossroads of data-driven sales intelligence and elevated client experience—supporting our regional sales and marketing teams to convert the world’s most discerning buyers.

You will be responsible for turning lead, market, and buyer data into actionable sales strategies, while coordinating high-touch client interactions and ensuring every engagement reflects the Aman standard.

Responsibilities

  • Act as liaison between UHNW buyer prospects and Aman’s global residences team
  • Manage inbound sales leads, CRM systems, and coordinate follow-up across time zones
  • Deliver buyer and lead segmentation insights to refine targeting by geography, profile, and channel
  • Support the creation of monthly sales and marketing performance dashboards and reporting packs for internal sales team and developer stakeholders
  • Analyse campaign performance, lead conversion rates, and ROI to optimise high-value outreach
  • Maintain centralised sales and marketing governance documentation, checklists, and milestone trackers
  • Develop and update market intelligence packs on luxury residential trends, comparable projects, and pricing benchmarks
  • Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to refine messaging and audience targeting using behavioural data and conversion insights
  • Provide data-led recommendations to shape business development, launch phasing, and customer engagement tactics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in a client strategy, market analytics, luxury real estate, or sales operations role
  • Strong analytical acumen with the ability to draw commercial insights from complex data sets
  • Confident managing CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), PowerBI dashboards, Excel models, and digital campaign data
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing fast-moving regional projects
  • Exceptional communicator with a client-first mindset and sensitivity to cultural nuance
  • Passionate about luxury, design, and creating meaningful customer journeys in high-end property
