Retail Shop Manager

Application Requirements

• Knowledge and passion for the Janu brand
• Understanding of Janu’s brand values and ability to feel the joyful connectedness
• Minimum 8 years of practical experience in luxury or high-end brands
• At least 3 years of management experience, including shift scheduling, attendance management, and performance evaluation
• Japanese language proficiency – Business level (equivalent to CEFR B2 or higher)
• English language proficiency – Business level (equivalent to CEFR B2 or higher)
• Basic proficiency in MS Office software Exceptional experience or skills may allow flexibility on the above requirements.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Practical experience in luxury hotels
• Store operations experience in luxury fashion brands
• Personalized sales experience for high-end clientele
• Staff management and development experience
• Inventory control, product display, and VMD (Visual Merchandising) experience
• Proven track record in sales analysis, KPI management, and achieving store targets
• Experience using CRM and customer management systems
• Coordination and reporting experience with headquarters and other stores
• Additional language skills
