Role Sales and Marketing Coordinator Residences based in our New York Corporate Office, is a dynamic and essential role responsible for managing leads, supporting the sales process, assisting with marketing initiatives, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and manage all leads in Salesforce, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate logging, and daily client communication.
  • Review arrivals reports, manage email referrals, update pipelines, and send weekly lead status recaps.
  • Follow up with leads weekly, mark unresponsive leads. Send key reports including the Amansanti Property Engagement Report, biweekly property updates, reports, and monthly sales reports.
  • Focusing on all North American Projects along side the Global Director of Residences
  • Assist in prepping for the Residence Briefing and maintain Townhall attendance updates.
  • Help Sales Directors with scheduling, non-discloser agreements, and urgent sales tasks.
  • Collaborate on creating and distributing Mail merges and EDMS (Electronic Direct Mail marketing strategy) with marketing and Sales Directors.
  • Ensure data accuracy for owners and leads; attend biweekly meetings with Salesforce consultants for system improvements.
  • Oversee licensing, onboarding, and online listing accuracy for the brokerage.
  • Attend regular team, lead manager meetings, and coordinate monthly check-ins with leadership team.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various global teams to achieve business goals.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or marketing coordination role.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management system) and proficiency in managing sales data.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Our ideal candidate will be open to obtaining their New York Real Estate Agent License.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States. Proof of authorization will be required. In person 5 days per week.
