Where you come in The Events Marketing Manager [Beatport Live] will be responsible for developing and delivering the event marketing strategies and tactics for Beatport Live. Reporting to the Director of Live Events, this role will work cross-functionally within the groups portfolio and drive the end to end process for our events, from consumer focused parties to our intimate industry days. The role will include planning and creative briefing to campaign execution and post-event analysis therefore, this is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a genuine passion for electronic music.

As Events Marketing Manager - Beatport Live you will be responsible for

  • Leading the development and implementation of our Beatport Live event strategies in line with Beatport's overall brand objectives.
  • Creating and briefing design and video assets that effectively sell tickets locally while building global brand awareness.
  • Running all marketing timelines ensuring marketing efforts stay on track through the duration of the promotion cycle
  • Collaborating and coordinating with departments across the business to ensure optimization of all of our events, such as: social media, creative, brand, project management, PR artists & labels to ensure seamless execution
  • Communicating regularly with internal stakeholders on campaign progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Managing event marketing budgets, tracking spend against ROI targets.
  • Establishing KPIs, metrics, and tracking mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of all of our events.
  • Staying ahead of trends in live event marketing, music culture, digital media and experimenting with emerging platforms and tools to reach new audiences.
  • Collaborating with promoters, venue partners, and sponsors to amplify marketing reach
  • Leading list growth from events for email, social, and SMS channels, ensuring GDPR/CCPA compliance.

As Events Marketing Manager - Beatport Live you will need

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in events marketing, marketing management, or related roles, with a proven track record of success within international markets.
  • Strong understanding of events strategy, ticket sales, creative development & social media trends.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM platforms.
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience working in the electronic music industry is beneficial.
