Where you come in As the Producer Group’s Head of Creative Brand you will be responsible for leading and developing the execution of our brand strategy for Plugin Boutique, Loopcloud and Loopmasters.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty among our diverse audience of music producers, composers and sound design enthusiasts worldwide. Reporting directly to the Producer Group SVP, the Head of Creative Brand will play a pivotal role in shaping the Producer Groups brand identity and positioning as we continue to evolve and expand our presence in the music production community.
As Head of Creative Brand (Plugin Boutique, Loopcloud and Loopmasters) your responsibilities will be
- Develop compelling brand narratives and content strategies that resonate with our audience that drive awareness and engagement.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content across various formats, including but not limited to; video, graphic marketing assets, editorial and social media.
- Define and articulate the Producer Groups brand identity, voice, and visual language.
- Ensure consistency across all of the Producer Group departments, including digital platforms, marketing communications, events, partnerships, and product experiences.
- Establish KPIs, metrics, and tracking mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns. Use data-driven insights to optimize brand performance, ROI, and impact.
- Continuously assess current and future market trends and consumer insights to inform brand strategy and differentiation.
- Define and execute our global brand strategy in line with the Producer Groups business objectives and market positioning.
- Identify strategic brand partnerships which will amplify Producer Groups brand presence and reach new audiences.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability. Provide mentorship, guidance, and coaching opportunities to support the growth and success of the team
As Head of Creative Brand (Plugin Boutique, Loopcloud and Loopmasters) , you will need
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- 6+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of building and scaling global brands.
- Deep understanding of brand strategy, positioning, storytelling, and creative development, with a passion for music and entertainment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset, capable of translating insights into actionable brand initiatives and driving business impact.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA or MA degree would be considered advantageous
