We are seeking a Client Advisor who will play a key role in achieving and exceeding the store’s commercial targets while building authentic, long-term relationships with BOYY clients. Responsibilities

- Support BOYY’s growth and strengthen its position as a leading luxury brand in the Bangkok retail market.

- Deliver exceptional customer service by combining deep product knowledge with authentic human connections.

- Maintain and expand the global client list for BOYY Bangkok Retail, proactively identifying clienteling opportunities.

- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets while supporting long-term growth through daily sales and footfall reporting.

- Consistently exceed sales, customer experience, and operational KPIs.

- Assist the Store Manager in stock management, reporting any discrepancies, theft, or damage.

- Stay informed about the local market and identify new business opportunities.

- Provide support in Visual Merchandising when required.

- Be flexible and available to work shifts across Monday to Sunday. Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in a dynamic retail environment (luxury experience preferred).

- Fluency in both English and Thai; additional languages are an advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace is a plus, but not required. Skills

- Strong ability to prioritize and manage daily tasks.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in an international environment.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; adaptable to different clients and situations.
