Executive Assistant

Cecilie Bahnsen is on an ambitious growth journey within the global luxury industry. We are looking for a highly talented, structured and proactive candidate to provide administrative and strategic support to our management team on that mission. The management team includes Creative Director, Cecilie Bahnsen, CFO, David Hoyer, and CEO, Mie Ejdrup. The role will be reporting to our CEO. Your tasks will include but not be limited to: Strategic Support

• Support with project management and deadlines for cross-functional projects
• Support strategic material preparation, e.g. board, partnership and investor material
• Support on HR related matters (e.g. reading through applications, preparing contracts)
• Support on legal matters

Administrative & Executive Support

• Manage calendars, incl. scheduling / rescheduling meetings
• Coordinate international travel, incl. logistics and itineraries
• Assist with meeting preparation, agendas, documentation, and follow-up minutes / key actions

Operational & Office Management

• Drive all office management
• Help coordinate key meetings and offsites

Qualifications / Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience
• Passionate and pragmatic problem-solver that loves to get things done in an efficient manner
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced and creative environment with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to perform in a similar role
• Highly structured and organized candidate with attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills
• Energetic and positive attitude with a great ability to connect with people
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
• Experience with HR is a plus
• Experience with legal is a plus
• Experience from an international luxury house is a plus
