PR Coordinator | Cecilie Bahnsen — Copenhagen, Denmark

Cecilie Bahnsen is looking for a PR Coordinator to join our team in Copenhagen, starting in Q1.

This role directly supports the PR & Communications Lead on implementing the Cecilie Bahnsen PR strategy on a day to day basis. The PR Coordinator is crucial in securing media coverage, managing sample logistics, coordinating fashion week and events, and nurturing relationships with press, influencers, and talent.

Your tasks will include but not be limited to

Secure brand news stories, editorials, shopping credits, and image placements across key print, digital, and social media outlets. Pitching to press and gaining extensive coverage globally for Cecilie Bahnsen
Assist in compiling and distributing press releases, lookbooks and media alerts to global press contacts
Work in cohese with the PR & Communications Lead and collaboration partners in executing successful launches across press coverage, talent seeding and social exposure
Being lead responsible for both current and archive collection samples, managing sample requests in Launchmetrics and overseeing global logistics on a daily basis
Assist the PR & Communications Lead with driving global red carpet and talent presence in line with calendar moments, showcasing a proactive approach to sourcing on brand talent within global markets including the APAC region and managing the internal events calendar
Support on strategic VIP and influencer gifting initiatives with a creative approach. Proactively contribute to lists whilst overseeing all gifting distribution
Liaise with stylists, influencers, talent and agents to facilitate VIP dressing and brand placements
Assist in the planning and execution of seasonal Fashion Weeks and brand activations, supporting with securing attendance from press and talent alongside event coverage, dressing and wider event logistics
Hosting showroom dressing appointments with press and talent where required
Assist in recruiting, training, and managing a PR intern
Oversee the collation of daily, weekly and monthly press coverage reports with the assistance of the PR intern
Managing the contact database and internal assets, being responsible for their upkeep

About You

Minimum 2 years experience in Fashion PR, ideally within a luxury brand or agency setting
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
Competency using Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Proficient in Launchmetrics throughout Samples, Contacts and Events
Established relationships with editors, stylists, tastemakers and talent agents within key markets and a strong interest in developing these further through a confident and outgoing personality
Strong understanding of press, influencer, and talent relations within fashion, music, sport etc
Experience with fashion week and show organisation
A proactive global approach to PR with knowledge of various markets
A strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks within a fast paced environment
Successful experience within seeding and dressing talent
Understanding of luxury brand alignment
