Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, interview and offer negotiations
- Manage regular HR exercises including performance management, salary and bonus review, manpower planning, MPF, engagement survey & etc.
- Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary benchmarking, performance evaluations, and budget planning, employee compensation, group medical and taxation.
- Liaise with both internal and external parties to complete tasks with substantial outcomes
- Prepare HR reports and statistics for management review
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and initiatives to support the overall organizational goals and objectives
- Provide professional HR advice to department heads and business units
- Oversee, organize and participate in various HR projects
- Responsible for all round HR services and office administration related matters
- Assist in organizing staff relation activities e.g. annual dinner, festival celebrations, etc.
- Support and implement ad-hoc project duties
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
- 8 years or above in HR and Administration experience, in which at least 3 years in managerial capacity in sizable organization
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word-processing
- Well-versed with HK and PRC employment ordinance and regulations
- Passionate, proactive, creative, hands-on and result-driven with strong sense of responsibilities
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR & Admin Manager
