Job Duties
Responsibilities
Provide technical helpdesk support for all end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and general system issues (Windows and Mac systems).
Support daily IT operations, including the setup, maintenance, and administration of core infrastructure (network, server, security, POS and CCTV systems).
Assist with the implementation of IT projects across various internal teams.
Assist in project implementation for various teams within the IT department.
Provide remote IT support and coordination for overseas office.
Participate in the deployment of in-house web applications and web services.
Carry out system testing, data migration, documentation and user training.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Familiar with retail business and POS systems is essential.
Familiar with e-commerce systems and loyalty programmes is essential.
Knowledge in Shopify, EDM solution and Google workspace will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge in Python, Liquid, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, JSON, and web development tools.
Familiar with Amazon and Microsoft Azure cloud services is essential.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
- At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in the fashion retail industry
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
