Shop Manager

We are officially entering our next phase at Cosmo Vibrators! As we shift our focus toward bottling our craft drinks and expanding to other cafes and shops, we're looking for a dedicated Shop Manager to take the reins at our flagship location.

We aren't just a cafe, we're a high-energy hub for coffee, matcha, craft beer, and cocktails. From hosting events and pop-up kitchens to hitting local markets as vendors, there's never a dull moment.

The Role You’ll oversee the day-to-day heartbeat of the shop, ensuring the floor runs smoothly while the founders focus on scaling the brand. You’ll be the bridge between our community, our rotating guests, and our internal team.

Schedule & Perks

• Work Days 5 days a week (Operating hours 11am – 2am)
• Days Off Every Tuesday and Wednesday
• Travel We occasionally travel to other countries for pop-up cafe takeovers, and you’ll have the chance to represent the brand internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership Manage daily shop flow across both morning and late-night shifts.
• Community & Vibes Engage with the community and be welcoming to everyone. High "social IQ" is a must—know how to host, read the room, and set limits when things get busy.
• Inventory & Procurement Stay on top of our diverse stock—coffee beans, matcha, beer, spirits, and merch.
• Culinary Collaboration Work closely with our Pop-Up Kitchen chefs to manage logistics and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Event Coordination Oversee in-house events and represent the brand as a vendor at local markets.
• Team Management Lead the staff, maintain service standards, and ensure the vibe stays on point.

What We’re Looking For

• Languages Thai and English proficiency required.
• Skills Barista experience is not required—we provide full training. We just need someone who knows how to lead a floor and handle a cocktail shaker.
• Experience Previous high-volume hospitality management.
• Mindset Someone proactive who treats the shop like their own and is excited about travel and brand growth.
• Organization Strong skills to manage a multi-faceted inventory (drinks + retail).
