Furniture Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Furniture Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of spatial design and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing furniture that reflects our clients’ visions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Conceptualization: Develop innovative furniture designs for residential and commercial spaces, ensuring they meet client needs and preferences.
• Space Planning: Create effective layouts that optimize functionality while enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the furniture in various environments.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their design goals, providing tailored furniture solutions that align with their vision and budget.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Material Selection: Research and recommend materials, finishes, and techniques that complement the overall design while adhering to budget constraints.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on furniture design trends, emerging materials, and innovative techniques to continuously enhance design offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Furniture Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing a range of furniture design projects for residential and commercial applications.
• Design Software Proficiency: Skilled in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and contractors.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics in furniture design.
