The Head of Brand Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing innovative brand strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term brand loyalty. This role will oversee key marketing functions, ensuring alignment with company goals and maintaining a consistent brand presence across all consumer touchpoints. The Head of Brand Marketing will lead cross-functional teams, manage agency and partner relationships, and drive data-informed decision-making to scale the brand's impact in the competitive direct-to-consumer (DTC) landscape.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to position our website as a leader in the gifting industry.
  • Brand Identity: Define and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual elements across all platforms.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content, including website copy, product descriptions, blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters.
  • Creative Direction: Collaborate with design teams to develop visually appealing assets that align with the brand's aesthetic and values.
  • Consumer Insights: Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and cultivate partnerships with influencers, brands, and organizations to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of branding initiatives and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Customer Experience: Champion the customer experience by ensuring that all brand touchpoints reflect our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a strong background in direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
  • Proven success in scaling a brand and driving high-growth marketing initiatives.
  • Strong leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, brand storytelling, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in influencer marketing, social media, content creation, and community engagement.
  • Experience managing agency relationships, including PR, creative, and media agencies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate a clear and compelling brand vision.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
