Digital Sales Marketing Manager

As the Marketing Manager for Digital Sales & E-Commerce Strategy, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by improving ROI across digital marketing, user experience, and partnership channels. Working closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams, your focus will be on building high-impact campaigns, optimising customer journeys, and leveraging strategic insights to accelerate performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimise paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to drive traffic and sales.
  • Identify and manage high-value partnerships and digital collaborations to expand reach and revenue.
  • Own the digital sales funnel, from awareness to conversion, ensuring smooth and compelling user experiences.
  • Analyse data to inform performance improvements and ROI strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative, tech, and product teams to align marketing goals with business growth targets.
  • Problem-solve across marketing and e-commerce challenges with agility and ownership.
  • Deliver actionable digital strategy recommendations and execute them with precision.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in digital marketing, e-commerce, and performance-driven roles.
  • Expertise in paid media buying, conversion optimisation, UX principles, and CRM strategy.
  • Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on.
  • Comfortable with analytics, reporting, and turning insights into action.
