Social Media Executive

As a Social Media Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our brand's voice and growing our digital presence. This dynamic role is divided into three core areas: Content, Influencers, and Admin.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content
- Capture engaging content: Shoot and create high-quality, on-brand visuals and videos for all social media platforms.
- Develop campaign concepts: Brainstorm and execute creative ideas for social media campaigns that resonate with our audience.
- Be camera-ready: Represent the brand by confidently appearing in social content when needed.
- Schedule posts: Manage posting calendars and ensure timely content delivery across all platforms.
- Maintain and update profiles: Keep our social media profiles polished, relevant, and reflective of House of Sunny’s aesthetic.
- Monitor trends: Stay updated on the latest social media trends to keep our content fresh and competitive.
2. Influencers
- Manage influencer gifting: Coordinate and oversee the gifting process, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining strong relationships with influencers.
- Research and outreach: Identify potential collaborators and brand ambassadors that align with our ethos.
- Campaign tracking: Monitor influencer activity, ensuring content meets expectations, and track results to measure impact.
- Maintain affiliate programs to ensure updated continuously to be in line with marketing plan and relevant campaigns
3. Admin
- Research social trends: Dive into industry trends and insights to inform strategy and content.
- Source and cast: Help source locations, props, and talent for photoshoots, ensuring everything aligns with the brand’s vision.
- Reporting: Compile analytics reports to track performance and provide actionable insights for growth.
- Assist with shoots: Be hands-on during photoshoots, from coordination to capturing behind-the-scenes content.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role.
- A strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) and their audiences.
- Comfort and confidence being in front of the camera.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and design.
- Knowledge of tools like scheduling platforms and analytics dashboards.

We are looking for a confident Social Media Executive to join our head office team at House of Sunny. You will be responsible for creatively planning and capturing content to schedule on House of Sunny’s social media platforms. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategically planning and managing our social media campaigns, content and copy across all channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube and Pinterest) driving continuous growth, reach and engagement.
- Weekly and monthly monitoring and reporting on the performance of each channel’s engagement
- Casting, sourcing and styling campaign shoots
- Continuous research on social trends, new platforms & algorithm to ensure HOS stays relevant and reactive
- Managing Social Media calendar in line with marketing calendar
- Scheduling and publishing content as per the calendar across platforms for all accounts
- Working with influencers to develop brand awareness and curate content
- Meeting and greeting influencers during Fashion Week appointments to build relationships and showcase the newest collections
- Monitor comments and direct messages daily with the aim to convert sales
