Job Responsibilities
- Manage the brand portfolio, including beauty, home and lifestyle and accessories, to meet sales projections and sell-through targets.
- Build strong relationships with vendors through effective communication.
- Monitor delivery schedules, evaluate sales reports for markdowns, and provide weekly updates to management on performance and risks.
- Work with planning and division managers to optimize OTB investment by brand and ensure alignment with retail, marketing, and visual merchandising teams.
- Conduct regular store visits to gather qualitative feedback from the sales team and implement action plans based on insights.
- Prepare and conduct various training materials for the retail team to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Improve efficiency in the buying process, stock allocation, and reporting by creating templates and reports
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree holder in fashion or business-related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience is a must.
- Experience in branded merchandise buying, store consolidation, product replenishment, and management is essential
- Detail oriented, proactive, sensitive to numbers with problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong communicator
- Excellent literacy in Microsoft Office application, proficient in Excel. (Pivot Table, Vlookup, Formula…etc.)
- Proficient in spoken & written English and Chinese.
