E-Commerce Assistant

We are looking for an independent and responsible individual to join our team at ka-pok.com. This hybrid role includes two days of weekday in the office (located at Lai Chi Kok) and one day of weekend work from home. Although prior experience is not required, we're looking for someone independent, responsible, and able to work autonomously. Apply now if you're enthusiastic about the online retail sector.

Responsibilities

• Assist with product listing and management on multi e-commerce platforms
• Ensure product information is accurate and up-to-date
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging product descriptions and content
• Assist with other e-commerce-related tasks as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in e-commerce or related field is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Passionate about the fashion and retail industry
• Basic knowledge of CMS, especially in Shopify
• Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
